With the onset of favourable weather conditions, repair work has begun in many Lutsk housing estates. The adjoining areas are beginning to look modern, with repaired roads, smooth sidewalks, new lighting and car parking spaces.

The yards at 26, 26a, 28, 28a, 30 Vidrodzhennya Avenue and 4 Pysarevskoho Street will also be completely transformed. The yards at 22 Presidenta Hrushevskoho Avenue as well as 1 and 3 Veteraniv Street will be neat and tidy. Workers are paving the area and arranging future parking spaces.
