From November 11, 2019 in the city of Lutsk the electronic ticket on all types of public transport is introduced.

This was preceded by the signing on July 17, 2019 of an agreement on the organization and maintenance of electronic systems in public transport between the Executive Committee of the Lutsk City Council and the companies "KENT KART EGE ELEKTRONIK" (Turkey) and "PAYNET SERVICES" (Moldova).

The joint bid of these companies won the open tender. In order to provide services in the city of Lutsk, foreign companies-investors have established CITY CARD SYSTEMS LLC. CITY CARD SYSTEMS LLC is an enterprise operator of electronic systems for the organization and maintenance of an automated fare accounting system, GPS-monitoring system, video surveillance system, and automatic passenger notification system in the city of Lutsk.

Within the framework of the investment project in all means of public transport the following equipment is installed:

• validator; in trolleybuses on 3 validators
• cctv camera
• driver's on-board computer                                                                         

In addition, it is installed:

• LED-panels with the inscription of stops in 25 trolleybuses;
• more than 40 terminals for purchasing and replenishing electronic tickets in the city;
• 2 monitors in the transport department of the Lutsk City Council to monitor the transportation system.

Employees of the control service were given devices to control the payment of travel on public transport.

The project also includes software for generating various reports to manage and control the field of public transport.

All equipment and software manufactured by KENT KART EGE ELEKTRONIK (Turkey) are installed at the expense of investors.

• Fast -Electronic ticket is much faster to pay for travel. You do not need to pass the card to the driver / conductor and wait for the rest.
• Convenient - Fare - it's easy, just present an electronic ticket to the validator.
• Safe - The card is always in your hands. The user controls the payment process. Funds cannot be deducted twice for one trip. The validator processes one payment at a time, then beeps and displays information about the success of the transaction.
• Control - You can view information about replenishments, payments, balance in the personal account.

1. Types of electronic tickets and their use:

1.1 Impersonal e-ticket (white card standard) - can be paid several times. Each subsequent transaction must be performed with an interval of 10 seconds.

1.2. Pupil, student electronic ticket (card with a blue stripe) - can be paid only once. When you try again, the validator will have a text message "Activated" and an audio message "You have just used the card".

1.3. Discounted e-ticket (card with a yellow stripe) - can be paid only once. When you try again, the validator will have a text message "Activated" and an audio message "You have just used the card".

1.4. QR-ticket for the trip, purchased at the terminal, for single use only.

1.5. Bank card - it is possible to pay several times with an interval of 5 minutes.

4. In order to control the payment of travel by electronic tickets in the city works Control Service.

4.1. The devices of the control service have the functionality to check payments for all types of electronic tickets: card, QR-code from the mobile application, QR-code from the terminal, bank card.

4.2. At the beginning of the inspection by the controller, the validators are transferred to the "Inspector" mode. It is not possible to make a payment in this mode.

4.3. After the check is completed by the controller, the validators are switched to normal mode.
