The scheme of traffic organization on Sobornosti Avenue was discussed today during a meeting of the working group headed by the secretary of the city council Yuri Bezpyatko.

According to the director of the department of housing and communal services of the city council Mykola Osiyuk, proposals on designing a ring at the intersection of Ershova - Sobornosti - Gordiyuk - Vidrodzhennya streets with the possibility of cycling were discussed.

Possibilities of turning on Sobornosti Avenue and arranging an additional lane for public transport there were also discussed.

Designers and contractors are instructed to inspect the avenue, because during the discussions there are many questions about how to arrange traffic and where to move several public transport stops. The possibility of arranging a ring on Karpenko-Kary Street when ascending Sobornosti Avenue near the Port City shopping center was also discussed.
