We inform you that on 13.04. 2022 the Executive Committee of Lutsk City Council decided to issue personalized electronic tickets (trolleybus) to internally displaced persons for free on the basis of a certificate of acceptance for the registration of internally displaced persons in Lutsk Municipal Territorial Community for the period of martial law.

Privileged public transport (trolleybus) passenger transportation is provided by the list of services specified in appendix 1 of the resolution of Executive Committee of the City Council from 15.12. 2021 № 1030-1 “About the List of Categories of People Who Will Be Granted Free Travel when Carrying Passengers by Public Transport of the Lutsk Municipal Territorial Community in 2022”.

To get a personalized electronic ticket, internally displaced persons should contact LLC CTITYCARD SYSTEM, located at: Lutsk, Lesia Ukrainka str., 16a.

To issue and receive an electronic ticket (personified ticket), you must submit a certificate of registration of internally displaced persons in Lutsk City Territorial Community, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a document that entitles you to a privilege (permit)
